Due to the nature of resale items, all purchases are final.  We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.  unless the item was misrepresented at the time of purchase.

2. Misrepresentations Claims

If you believe an item was significantly misrepresented (e.g. incorrect size or undisclosed damage), you must contact us within 3 days of purchase with your receipt and photos of them.

3. Condition Disclosure

All items are sold in "as-is" condition.  We do our best to accurately describe and photograph each item, but small imperfections may be present due to prior use. 

4. In-store Credit (If applicable)

In rare cases and at our discretion, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.
